Return and Refund

You have 14 days from the delivery date to return an unused product in its original condition.

Write hello@casehaven.com or call (660) 751-3199 with your order number. We will send the return address at the Avalon studio.

Refunds go back to the original payment method after the studio checks the item. Shipping fees are refunded only when CaseHaven sent the wrong product.

Cases that were forced onto the wrong phone, or cables with bent plugs, are not returnable.
